Zoe Berman

Founder of Studio Berman, Founder of the Unpublishables

Zoë has a strong interest in cross-disciplinary design and has worked with Pentagram designers and Buro Happold engineers. With a passion for collaboration and creative projects she has worked with the Projects Office at the Cass School of Architecture as project coordinator running live projects. She is skilled in developing feasibility studies, funding applications, brief writing and project coordination.

Zoë leads Unit 7 at the Welsh School of Architecture and is a design tutor at the new Reading School of Architecture where she teaches with Piers Taylor.
In 2013 she founded The Unpublishables, a publication written by and for young designers. She established the lecture series Criss-Cross at London Met University; a series of talks that investigated the richness of cross-disciplinary work between architecture and other creative fields. In 2018 Zoë founded the campaign group Part W – that pushes for gender equality in the built environment sectors.
